POLICE LOG for August 13: Catalytic Converters Stolen; Kids Riding Bikes Recklessly In Traffic; Stolen Van Found

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, August 13, 2022:
  • A manager from a company on Ballardvale Street reported trucks were missing catalytic converters. Manager believed theft occurred overnight. (8:09am)
  • U-Haul employee reported a van was returned that was previously reported stolen out of Belfast, Maine. Belfast police notified. (4:35pm)
  • An Aldrich Road caller reported yellow ATV is speeding up and down roadway doing wheelies. Last seen heading towards Billerica. Billerica responded, but could not locate. (5:43pm)
  • A caller reported 2 boys doing wheelies in the middle of the street at Glen Road and Middlesex Avenue, almost hitting his car. Police spoke with the boys and advised them not to operate recklessly. (7:11pm)
