POLICE LOG for August 11: Driver Served Summons; ATM Mishap; Coyote Living Under Deck

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, August 11, 2022:
  • A caller reported his car was struck in the K1 Speed parking lot sometime between noon and midnight. (12:23am)
  • Dillon Richard Bloom (18, Wilmington) was served a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, and Speeding. Vehicle damaged mailbox, wooden fence, trash barrel and another vehicle on Middlesex Avenue. (1:35am)
  • A caller reported he took $600 out of an ATM was only given $150 in $5 bills. He went into the bank to advise them, and was told to call and make a complaint. Citizens Bank Security Bank also reported receiving a teller alarm due to an irate customer. (1:28pm)
  • A Shawsheen Avenue caller reported a coyote was under her deck. Animal Control Officer responded. Coyote ran down Lake Street. Homeowner will block access to under deck. (2:45pm)
