POLICE LOG for August 7: Lifeguard Needs Police Assistance For Unruly Beachgoer; Crash At Amazon

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, August 7, 2022:

• A 2-vehicle crash occurred in the area of Amazon Logistics on Fordham Road. No injuries. Airbags deployed. Both vehicles towed. (8:57am)
• Lifeguard reported an unruly female at Town Beach who was smoking, not following directions, and yelling at staff. Lifeguard requested assistance. Police responded. Female and her family left. (11:45am)
• A caller reported a motorcycle driving on the wrong side of the road on Lowell Street. Police weren’t able to locate. (7:29pm)
• Police notified DPW of a tree down in the roadway on Shawsheen Avenue. (7:47pm)
