POLICE LOG for August 3: 2 Drivers Issued Summonses After Crashes; Woman Loses Diamond From Engagement Ring

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, August 3, 2022:
  • Paula De Souza Dos Santos (53, Lowell) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. Caller reported a vehicle had driven off road and into a wooded area on Boutwell Street. Airbag had deployed. Vehicle towed. (12:39pm)
  • Terrell D. Jones (21, Woburn) was served a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. Jones was involved in a car vs. motorcycle crash on Middlesex Avenue. (3:26pm)
  • A caller reported she is missing the diamond that goes to her engagement ring. She believes she lost it at Starbucks in Wilmington, but she called them and they told her they have not located it. She wanted it logged in case someone turned it in at station. (4:54pm)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Lowell Street and 93 South Exit 31 ramp. Airbag deployment. At least one possible injury. Both vehicles towed. (5:11pm)
