POLICE LOG for July 27: Quincy Driver Arrested; Box Truck vs. Pole; Kids Riding Bikes Dangerously

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, July 27, 2022:
  • A caller reported a box truck hit a pole on Glen Road. Pole was split. Police notified RMLD and Verizon. (7:39am)
  • Police received report of 3 juveniles riding their bikes in front of traffic on Lake Street and Jacques Lane. Police were unable to locate. (1:05pm)
  • Fire Department extinguished mulch fire in MBTA parking lot on Main Street. (2:32pm)
  • Wilson Leroy Acevedo-Carire (36, Quincy) was arrested for a Warrant; Uttering a Counterfeit Note (x2); Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License (x3); Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Revoked Or Suspend Registration (x3); and License Plate Violation To Conceal ID (x3). (7:45pm)
