POLICE LOG for July 26: Bear Spotted At North Intermediate School; Juveniles Ask Homeowner If They Can Charge Their Phones

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, July 26, 2022:
  • Police notified DPW that bushes are overgrown and limiting drivers’ view of traffic at Lowell Street and Cross Street. (10:58am)
  • A caller reported the bear just went across her property and hopped the fence onto the North Intermediate School property. Animal Control Officer responded. Bear is wandering through the wooded era towards Earles Row. (12:58pm)
  • A Marica Road homeowner stated that there are 2 juveniles that came to his door asking to charge their phone. Police responded, but juveniles had left. Police confirmed juveniles were from Milestone Group Home. (5:03pm)
