POLICE LOG for July 25: Dead Fox Behind School; Baby Fox Trapped In Tennis Court; Moped Stolen; Savers Selling Navy Medal

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, July 25, 2022:
  • Employee at Milestone Group Home reported 3 juveniles went AWOL. Police responded. Juveniles were in the yard next door and returned. (12:59am)
  • Animal Control Officer removed a deceased fox from behind the West Intermediate School. (7:06am)
  • A caller reported their moped was stolen on Burlington Avenue sometime last night. (10:44am)
  • A caller reported a baby fox in the high school tennis court. Fox got out on its own before police arrived. (10:53am)
  • An anonymous caller reported Savers is selling a Navy achievement medal. Caller spoke to staff and they have since removed it from display. (5:20pm)
  • Fire Department responded to brush fire at UniFirst on Jonspin Road. (6:13pm)
