POLICE LOG for July 23: Wilmington Man Arrested For Alleged OUI After Crash; Tewksbury Women Served Summons After Fight At Starbucks

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Saturday, July 23, 2022:
  • Adriam Rafael Rodriguez (20, Lawrence) was arrested on a warrant, speeding, and license not in possession. (3:12am)
  • Danielle Konaxis (41, Tewksbury) and Sarah Brothers (41, Tewksbury) were served summons for assault & battery and disturbing the peace. Police responded to the report of a physical altercation in Starbucks on Main Street. (9:35am)
  • Police responded to reported disturbance at pool at Regency Place. There was a verbal disagreement over a towel. Situation was already resolved prior to arrival. Management was made aware. (3:32pm)
  • David Matthew Reed (32, Wilmington) was arrested for OUI Liquor; marked lanes violation; carrying a dangerous weapon; assault with a dangerous weapon; and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Reed was reportedly driving erratically and struck a vehicle at the intersection of Route 62 and Woburn Street. (7:50pm)
