POLICE LOG for July 21: More Than 20 Catalytic Converters Stolen Off Vehicles On Woburn St., Jewel Dr. & Eames St.

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, July 21, 2022:
  • 16 catalytic converters were stolen from approximately 9 vehicles in a parking lot on Woburn Street. A caller stated the perpetrator may have been driving an Infinity SUV. Police put out a BOLO, but were unable to locate.
  • Police assisted the operator of a disabled motorcycle retrieve parts of his bike from the travel lane on 93 South. (7:14am)
  • An employee for a company on Jewel Drive reported a work truck had a catalytic converter taken. (7:24am) A catalytic converter was taken from a second vehicle on Jewel Drive. (7:35am)
  • 2 catalytic converters were taken off company vehicles on Eames Street. (8:29am)
  • Catalytic converters were reportedly taken from 2 company trucks on Jewel Drive. (9:34am)
  • Animal Control Officer removed a deceased goose from the Silver Lake area. (1:29pm)
