POLICE LOG for July 12: Vehicle Keyed; Juvenile Attacked?; Doorbell Rung At 3AM

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, July 12, 2022:
  • A walk-in party reported her vehicle was keyed sometime yesterday while parked at work on Ballardvale Street. (8:40am)
  • Police received an anonymous report of a vehicle parked blocking a fire hydrant on Reading Avenue. Owner moved vehicle. (11:29am)
  • A homeowner on Allgrove Lane reported someone ringed their doorbell at 3am, but when they got to the door, no one was there. (2:25pm)
  • A tree took down wires on Marion Street. RMLD and Tree Department notified and responded. (7:10pm)
  • A caller reported a juvenile was jumped by a group at the Ristuccia Arena. Police responded and spoke with parents. [Portions of the entry in the log are unavailable due to involvement of juveniles.]
  • A vehicle was struck in the Ristuccia Arena’s parking lot sometime between 5:30pm and 10:30pm. (10:52pm)
