POLICE LOG for July 10: Coach Loses Playbook; Kids Riding Bikes Dangerously?

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, July 10, 2022:
  • Police noted the basketball court at Yentile was littered with bottles. (1:31am)
  • A caller reported damage to the bench by the pier at Town Beach. Police confirmed damage — not vandalism — and notified DPW for repair. (8:42am)
  • A coach’s playbook was found at Yentile and turned into the station. (12:26pm)
  • A caller reported kids on bikes weaving in traffic causing nuisance to drivers on Faulkner Avenue. (2:40pm)
  • During a property check of Town Hall, police advised 2 parties playing basketball of the park’s hours and sent them on their way. (10:58pm)
