POLICE LOG for July 1: Wilmington Woman Arrested For Disturbing The Peace; Wilmington Man Arrested On Warrant; Hit & Run

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, July 1, 2022:
  • Police assisted with a motor vehicle lockout in the Amazon Logistics parking lot on Fordham Road. (10:31pm)
  • A truck took down cable and phone wires on Salem Street and continued on. A second truck then got tangled up in the wires. Police notified Verizon. (12:33pm)
  • A walk-in party reported a hit and run at a Burlington Avenue intersection. Police put a BOLO out for vehicle in question. Police checked Industrial Way area, but was unable to locate. (3:03pm)
  • Perry Avenue homeowner reported an odor of propane and was advised to evacuate the home. Homeowner notified Northeast Propane. Fire Department handled. (5:32pm)
  • Kaylee Calder (28, Wilmington) was arrested for Disturbing The Peace. Male reported a female, whom he did not know, threw a chair at him at the Self Service Laundry on Lowell Street. (8:08pm)
  • Cameron Christopher Willis (21, Wilmington) was arrested on a warrant. (9:22pm)
