POLICE LOG for June 20: Catalytic Converter Stolen From Middlesex Ave.; Handicap Parking Complaint

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, June 20, 2022:
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Shawsheen Avenue and Houghton Road. Airbag deployed. No injuries. One vehicle towed. (5:15am)
  • Police received several calls reporting an ill racoon near the steps to the ATM door at Bank of America. Animal Control Officer removed and brought to Best Pets. (9:49am)
  • Employee at a Middlesex Avenue business reported a vehicle on its property had its catalytic converter stolen. Police will check a nearby Ring camera. (10:19am)
  • Police received a handicap parking complaint outside Planet Fitness. Police responded and motorcycle owner agreed to move his bike. (12:56pm)
  • Lifeguard reported a group of kids were swimming in a “no swim” area. (4:19pm)
