POLICE LOG for June 8: Train Gate Issues On Salem Street; Boy Bit By Dog

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, June 8, 2022:
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Grove Avenue and Lake Street. Both vehicles towed. No injuries noted. (8:53am)
  • Train gates were stuck in the down position on Salem Street, creating gridlock. Police notified Keolis, who sent a technician. (8:58am)
  • Caller reported he locked his keys in his truck at Red Heat Tavern and requested assistance. (4:57pm)
  • A caller reported her grandson was bit a by a dog on Burlington Avenue. Police and Fire Department responded. Animal Control Officer notified. (5:12pm)
