- Dustin R. Cole (36, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License and Leaving The Scene Of Property Damage. Cole allegedly struck a stone wall on Burlington Avenue, causing damage, and continued on. (7:02pm)
