POLICE LOG for May 30: Bad Crash On West St.; Stolen Jewelry

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, May 30, 2022:
  • A caller reported someone stole their mother’s jewelry. (10:39am)
  • A caller reported hedges at Main Street and Butters Row was blocking line of sight. DPW notified. (11:46am)
  • A walk-in party reported mailboxes outside the post office are possibly sealed set. Police responded. Situation appeared to be user error. Mailbox is accessible, just has anti-theft handles. (3:05pm)
  • A 3-vehicle crash occurred on West Street. One vehicle down the embarkment. All 3 vehicles notified. One driver cited for stop sign violation. (5:15pm)
