POLICE LOG for May 29: Woman Arrested For OUI; Man Arrested For Shoplifting At Target; Detox Patient Leaves Program On Foot

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, May 29, 2022:
  • Lisa A. Dewhurst (60, North Andover) was arrested for OUI Liquor and Failure To Stop/Yield. (1:02am)
  • A High Street caller reported male party approached houses in area around 5:30am. When party saw caller, he fled. (9:10am)
  • Staff at Mayflower Detox on Middlesex Avenue reported a client left AMA and refused to wait for an Uber. Staff is following its policy to notify police when that occurs. (10:34am)
  • A men’s gold and silver wedding band located at Cumberland Farm. (1:53pm)
  • Vehicle struck and killed a deer near Textron on Main Street. (7:16pm)
  • An unidentifiable man was arrested for shoplifting and intimating a witness/juror/police/court official. Caller reported a male party was outside of Target yelling at customers, dropped a case a beer, and is now drinking it. (9:23pm)
