POLICE LOG for May 22: Attic Fire; Man Cuts Ankle Bracelet; Fallen Tree Blocks Road

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, May 22, 2022:
  • Narcotics were found on Third Avenue and turned into station for destruction. (12:54pm)
  • A 3-vehicle crash occurred at Main Street and Eames Street. No injuries. One vehicle towed. (1:46pm)
  • Police assisted the Fire Department with an attic fire on Columbia Street. (5:10pm)
  • Police received a report that a man cut his ankle bracelet at Burlington Self Storage on West Street. Police were unable to locate the man. (5:18pm)
  • A Fiorenza Drive caller reported a tree was blocking the roadway. No property damage. Police notified DPW. (10:17pm)
  • Police noted someone dropped trash (book case, luggage, tires) in a driveway on Andover Street. DPW notified. (10:22pm)
