POLICE LOG for April 19: Man Exposes Himself To Women In Parking Lot; Teens Cause Issues With Bon Fire Near Train Tracks; Sign Mysteriously Appears

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, April 19, 2022:
  • A Cottonwood Circle caller reported a group of juveniles running around and throwing rocks at houses. Police responded and located no juveniles. (12:24am)
  • A 3-vehicle crash occurred on 93 North, near Exit 35. Fire Department responded. Vehicles towed. 2 occupants transported. State Police handled scene. (6:54am)
  • A caller reported a shed on Hensey Way was broken into and vandalized with spray paint sometime last night. (9:49am)
  • DPW removed crosswalk sign on Lowell Street. Sign appeared sometime over the weekend and was not installed by DPW or Police. (12:13pm)
  • A caller reported a tree fell onto someone’s vehicle. No injuries. Vehicle towed. DPW removed tree. (1:22pm)
  • A caller reported a male exposed himself to women in the Savers parking lot. Described as darker skin male in late 30s/40s, bald head on top with a ring of hair around back. Suspect was gone upon arrival. Photos obtained of suspect. Police believe it’s not the first time he exposed himself at this location. (4:51pm)
  • A caller reported she just moved into Metro Apartments today and it appears someone threw an egg at her door. (7:05pm)
  • Police responded to group of teens having a bon fire near train tracks on Jefferson Road. MBTA and Amtrac were notified to hold trains. (9:23pm)
