POLICE LOG for March 27: Train Crossing Issues On Woburn St.; Hit & Run; Concern Over Wild Turkeys

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, March 27, 2022:
  • Manager at K1 Speed said customer is following him around, badgering him. Police responded and found man in question outside the building. (10:29am)
  • Police received multiple calls of train gates stuck down at Woburn Street and Quail Run. Police notified Keolis, which stated they had scheduled maintenance work being done, but are finished for the day. Keolis said it would send a worker back over. Keolis responded. (11:12am)
  • A walk-in party reported a hit and run. Party stated they were driving down Main Street when a car pulled out of Golden Nozzle Car Wash and struck them, leaving behind a license plate and bumper. Wilmington Police notified Woburn Police, who will send a car by the car owner’s house. (4:40pm)
  • A Lawrence St. resident was concerned about turkeys near her residence. Caller left message for Animal Control Officer. (6:45pm)
