POLICE LOG for February 25: Lots Of Parking Tickets For Impeding Snow Removal; Driver Issued Summons; Dryer Fire; Pizza Box Fire

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, February 25, 2022:
  • A caller reported his phone was stolen in South Boston about an hour and it’s tracking to an address in Wilmington. (1:53am)
  • A vehicle parked on Blanchard Road was impeding snow removal. Parking citation was issued. Vehicle was towed. (8:29am)
  • Presidential Drive resident reported their patio furniture was stolen sometime between February 16 and February 25. (10:55am)
  • Nicole Vail (29, Burlington) was issued a summons for Operating Without A Suspended License. Vail was involved in a minor 2-vehicle crash on Lowell Street. (11:35am)
  • Police issued multiple parking citations for impeding snow removal on Main Street. (11:48am)
  • Police and Fire responded to a dryer fire on Middlesex Avenue. (11:49am)
  • A Kenwood Avenue resident reported a license plate was stolen off their vehicle between February 19 to February 24. (1:24pm)
  • Police and Fire responded to a 4-vehicle crash on 93 North, near Exit 35. Response was delayed by train. 2 vehicles crashed into the woods. No injuries noted. (2:46pm)
  • Police and Fire responded to a pizza box on fire at a Lucaya Circle home. (6:22pm)
  • A vehicle rolled over on 93 South, near Exit 31. Lanes 3 and 4 were shut down. No injuries noted. Vehicle towed. (7:53pm)
