POLICE LOG for February 3: Issues With Train Gates On Main St.; Fired Employee Causes Scene

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, February 3, 2022:
  • Train gates were down on Main Street with no train coming through. Happened a second time. Police notified Keolis. (8:53am)
  • A caller reported she struck debris in the roadway near Sonny’s Mobil on the Run, causing a flat tire. (10:00am)
  • A Fordham Road company reported they just fired an employee, who stole 2 GPS units and keys to another truck. Police responded. Party was waiting for their ride in the middle of the parking lot. Police restored the peace. Property was returned. Party was transported to Dunkin’ Donuts to wait for a ride. Owner didn’t want to press charges. (4:30pm)
