- Javier Orlando Patino Findlaly (47, North Andover) was issued a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Using An Electronic Device While Operating A Motor Vehicle (1st Offense). (8:40am)
- Resident reported to DPW that there are tire tracks leading to a fire hydrant knocked over on Chestnut Street. (8:46am)
- Triton Car Wash employee reported a customer that used the self service wash bay tore off some hoses. Caller stated he had security footage of the incident. (11:53am)
- Dunkin’ employee reported an intoxicated man in the store whom staff wants sent on his way. Police responded and were unable to locate. (12:18pm)
- Police notified Water Department of water main break on Sparhawk Drive. (2:22pm)
- A school bus became disabled on Denault Drive. Police assisted as North Reading Transportation had students transported to a different bus. Bus towed. (2:48pm)
- An Uber driver reported a passenger was making verbal threats towards him outside of Mayflower Detox on Middlesex Avenue. Police responded. Staff from facility will assist with making accommodations for passenger to leave. (5:47pm)
- Police assisted with SWAT callout in Lowell. (6:39pm)
