POLICE LOG for January 14: Driver Issued Summons After Crash; Construction Site Broken Into Overnight

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, January 14, 2022:

• Brendan L. Pierce (22, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, and Speeding. Pierce crashed on Grove Avenue. Vehicle towed. (1:01am)
• A caller requested an officer stating a construction site on Main Street was broken into sometime overnight. (8:44am)
• A Main Street caller requested an officer retrieve unwanted ammunition found at their residence. (10:34am)
• Police received reports of a bumper with a license plate still attached on the side of the road at Lowell Street and Cross Street. Police left item on front porch of vehicle’s owner. (6:24pm)
