POLICE LOG for January 6: Shoplifting Arrest At CVS

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, January 6, 2022:

• CVS staff reported a female in the store whom they believe is shoplifting. Police responded. Laura Kathleen Post (44, Lowell) was arrested for shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Post was also given a no trespass order to the store. (12:15am)
• Fire engine struck a tree in the area of Oxford Road and Crest Avenue. (10:22am)
• Police issued a fire lane violation while conducting enforcement at Wilmington Plaza and Wilmington Crossing. No handicap parking violations. (1:10pm)
• Police assisted with a motor vehicle lockout on Dunton Road. (4:13pm)
