POLICE LOG for January 3: Lost Ring; Missing Gift Cards; Email & Payroll Hacked

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, January 3, 2022:
  • A resident pressed her lifeline button when she heard someone downstairs in her home. Police responded and did a check of the interior. Checked OK. (3:03am)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred on Concord Street. No injuries. Both vehicles occurred. (11:52am)
  • A caller reported losing gift cards from Shaw’s and Market Basket at post office. (12:47pm)
  • A caller reported she believes she lost her ring in Savers or its parking lot back on November 28. The ring is yellow and white gold with diamonds. (3:15pm)
  • Manager of a Ballardvale Street company reported an employee email and payroll was hacked. (3:53pm)
