POLICE LOG for December 29: Dog Crying In Pain?; Individuals Walking On Train Tracks

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, December 29, 2021:
  • A caller reported she was backed into by a tractor trailer unit on Route 62 in Burlington. Truck continued on and pulled into 1 Burlington Avenue in Wilmington. Paperwork exchanged. (10:06am)
  • Two individuals were walking on the train tracks near the MBTA North Wilmington train station. Police advised them of no trespassing on the tracks. (3:17pm)
  • A Mozart Avenue reported hearing what she believes is a dog crying in pain in the woods behind her home for the past 30 minutes. Police responded and were unable to locate any noise in the neighborhood. (10:35pm)
