POLICE LOG for December 7: Customer Putting Stickers On Gas Pumps, Car vs. Deer, Strange 911 Call

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, December 7, 2021:
  • Police received a 911 call. Man was looking for the exact time. Caller was advised of the time and that he had reached the emergency line. He stated he did not have an emergency. Caller would not verify his information with dispatch. (8:21am)
  • A customer was placing stickers on gas pumps at Sonny’s Mobil on the Run. Police responded. Customer agreed to refrain from doing so. (2:50pm)
  • A caller reported broken glass and 2×4’s in the roadway near the Shawsheen Elementary. Police removed much of the wooden debris and contacted DPW. (4:37pm)
  • A vehicle struck and killed a deer on Ballardvale Street. Vehicle continued on, but a passerby called the accident in. Deer removal was contacted. (4:50pm)
