POLICE LOG for November 3: Billerica Woman Arrested For Assault & Battery; North Reading Driver Issued Summons; Hit & Run At Market Basket

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, November 3, 2021:
  • A caller on Main Street reported a man walking through her backyard. Police responded, but were unable to locate the man. (2:08am)
  • Courtney Nicole Tomlin (26, Billerica) was arrested for Assault & Battery with Injury on Someone 60+ or Disabled, and Intimidating A Witness or Police Officer. Police responded to report of woman yelling for help inside a black Volkswagon Beetle on Main Street. (12:47pm)
  • Owner of loose german shepherd from yesterday’s dog bite incident was cited for restraint/control violation and dog was given a 10-day quarantine. (1:17pm)
  • Police responded to a hit and run in Market Basket parking lot. Vehicle struck a parked vehicle and drove off. (1:19pm)
  • Police received report of a man mountain biking on the train tracks from Richmond Street to Savers. Police were unable to locate. (2:42pm)
  • A walk-in party turned in a BB gun for destruction. (2:44pm)
  • Thays Rossi Santos (42, North Reading) was issued a summons for Failure To Stop/Yield and Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle. (7:58pm)
