POLICE LOG for October 28: Police Issues Lots Of Verbal Warnings Over New Stop Sign On Clark St.; Billerica Man Arrested For OUI

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, October 28, 2021:
  • A walk-in party reported a scam via Instagram. Money was exchanged. (12:49am)
  • Police received report that a man appeared to be under in the influence in the Little Sprouts parking lot on Lowell Street. Police responded. Not as reported. Man was under the weather and waiting for a ride. He was told to wait in the Mobil on the Run parking lot nearby. (9:04am)
  • Police notified Keolis of malfunctioning railroad crossing gates on Clark Street. (1:37pm)
  • Police gave 7 drivers verbal warnings for stop sign violations on Clark Street. (4:45pm)
  • Police notified Water Department of flooding on Lucaya Circle. Hydrants were being flushed and storm drains became clogged. Water Department addressed the issue. (10:01pm)
  • Thomas Ryan Beaudoin (43, Billerica) was arrested for OUI (2nd Offense) and Possession Of An Open Container Of Alcohol In Motor Vehicle. (11:30pm)
