POLICE LOG for October 6: Report Of Teens Kicking Over Headstones At Wildwood?; Injured Rabbit; Squirrel Gets Its Head Stuck

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, October 6, 2021:
  • Police checked in a vehicle in the Lucci’s parking lot. Man checked OK. He was delivering bread to the store. (2:15am)
  • State Police responded to 3-vehicle crash with airbag deployment at 93 South Exit 34 ramp. (7:56am)
  • Police responded to report of teenagers walking through Wildwood Cemetery and possibly kicking over random headstones. Police responded and were unable to locate teens. No signs of damage. (8:56am)
  • Animal Control Officer retrieved injury rabbit from outside library and brought to Newhouse Wildlife Rescue. (12:36pm)
  • A caller reported a squirrel had its head stuck in the dumpster next to the Methodist Church. (6:16pm)
