WILMINGTON, MA — Lahey Hospital & Medical Center (LHMC) is conducting its Community Health Needs Assessment. The information from this survey, as well as focus groups, interviews, and other data, will allow them to prioritize the health needs of the community and develop programs and policies to address these needs.
