POLICE LOG for September 10: Teens Causing Issue At CVS; License Plates Stolen; Littering Complaints

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, September 10, 2021:
  • A walk-in party reported his license plates were stolen by an ex-girlfriend. Ex-girlfriend eventually returned plates to the station. (2:50pm)
  • Anonymous caller reported children were driving a go-kart in the roadway on Cunningham Street. Police responded. Homeowner was advised to keep it off the roadway. (4:33pm)
  • Police noted the Grove Terrace street sign was missing. (6:29pm)
  • A caller reported there are 14 juveniles riding their bike through the CVS drive-thru and laying on the ground. Police responded and advised the group to congregate elsewhere. (7:09pm)
  • A caller reported that earlier today, around 5pm in Market Basket parking lot, a group of youths in trucks were driving around littering. Youths had American flags and “F*ck Biden” flags hanging from their vehicles. Caller stated a plastic bottle struck her vehicle. No damage. Caller just wanted the incident logged. (7:27pm)
