POLICE LOG for September 3: Man Can’t Remember The Night Before; Bridge Flooding; Hit & Run

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, September 3, 2021:
  • A man claimed he could not remember the night before or why he woke up at the Wilmington Registry of Motor Vehicles. (5:31am)
  • Police provided a funeral escort for retired WPD Sergeant Joseph Duffy. (9:48am)
  • Wilmington Police blocked off Nichols Street bridge to Billerica due to flooding. (11:58am)
  • A hit and run was reported from the parking lot at the May Institute on Concord Street. (3:48pm)
  • Police assisted Burlington Police in locating missing elderly woman near Wilmington line. (4:42pm)
