TEWKSBURY, MA — On Thursday, September 2, 2021, the Tewksbury Police Department arrested, Kimberly Labossiere, 55 years old, of 1 Adelman Road, Wilmington MA for OUI Liquor 4th offense, and numerous motor vehicle violations including negligent operation of motor vehicle, open container of alcohol, and defective headlights.
At 8:45 pm officers responded to a call for an erratic operator traveling north on Main Street, without the headlights on. Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop during which the operator showed signs of impairment. Further investigation led to the arrest of the aforementioned individual.
Labossiere was due to be arraigned at Lowell District Court on September 3, 2021.
