WILMINGTON, MA — Chris Everest of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the sale of 625 Main St., Wilmington, a 10,000 SF Industrial/Flex Building. The building sold for $1,900,000.

Nordlund represented the seller, NAC Realty Trust and Howie Rock of Rock Real Estate represented the buyer, MKL Stone, LLC.
