POLICE LOG for June 23: 30+ Hot Dogs Placed On Sticks In Ground At Boutwell Field; Road Rage Incident On 93

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Wednesday, June 23, 2021:
  • A truck was leaking oil into the roadway from a blown engine at Hopkins Street and Dorchester Street. Police notified DPW to have sander respond. Vehicle was towed. (9:47am)
  • Someone placed 30-40 hotdogs on sticks into the ground near the baseball field at the Boutwell Early Childhood Center. DPW notified Animal Control Officer due to possible intention of attracting animals. DPW removed the hot dogs. (12:50pm)
  • A caller reported a road rage incident on 93 North. Caller stated a driver threw coffee at their vehicle and threatened them. State Police notified. (4:19pm)
  • Police received a report of a couch falling off a truck on 93 in Andover. State Police notified. (5:28pm)
