WILMINGTON, MA — According to Wilmington Police Log, Wilmington Police issued the following arrests and summonses between April 30, 2021 to May 6, 2021.

Friday, April 30, 2021

  • None

Saturday, May 1, 2021

  • Nocseille Michel Dabady (31, Brockton) was arrested for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License; Speeding; and a Warrant. Dabady was pulled over on Main Street. (2:44am)

Sunday, May 2, 2021

  • Raquel Ribeiro (37, Melrose) was arrested on a warrant. (1:21am)

Monday, May 3, 2021

  • Steven D. Girouard (35, Randolph) was arrested for Shoplifting By Asportation. An off duty officer called in after observing Girouard going through trash and carriages in CVS’s parking lot looking for receipts. (12:02am)

  • Anthony J. Noumi (Hull, 49) was issued a summons for Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, Speeding, Marked Lanes Violation, Assault (x2), and Leaving The Scene Of Property Damage (x2). A caller reported a man was punching windshields and trying to get into people’s vehicles. Suspect got into his vehicle, turned onto Cross Street, ran a stop sign, and headed towards Woburn on Main Street. Woburn Police reported he crashed at 1091 Main Street in Woburn. A pole was struck. Portion of Main Street was closed. Vehicle towed. Mass Highway notified due to debris and oil slick. A walk-in party later reported the suspect’s vehicle struck his in a hit and run on Clark Street prior to the initial report. (6:26pm)

Thursday, May 6, 2021

  • Robert Valentine Wittig, Jr., (48, Andover) was arrested for OUI Liquor (2nd Offense) and Possession Of An Open Container Of Alcohol In Motor Vehicle. Wittig was pulled over on Salem Street. (3:30am)
  • Doris Calex (58, Lowell) arrested for OUI Drugs, Negligent Operation Of A Motor Vehicle, and Marked Lanes Violation. Calex crashed on Lake Street and caused property damage. (2:40pm)
    Daniel W. Hurley, Jr. (25, Wilmington) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With Suspended Or Revoked Registration. (4:39pm)
