POLICE LOG for April 20: Furniture Dumped In Cemetery; Dog Attack; Street Flooded

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Tuesday, April 20, 2021:
  • Highway Department reported someone dumped furniture into Wildwood Cemetery sometime over the weekend. (7:56am)
  • A female caller reported a male party at the dog park has been stalking women. Police responded. 2 parties reside in Burlington at an apartment complex. They were advised to leave each other alone and go their separate ways. (8:33am)
  • Police restored the peace at CareOne at Wilmington after a man refused to comply with their visitation protocols. (9:19am)
  • A Swain Road resident reported a stimulus check fraud. (2:00pm)
  • A caller reported a dog attacked his wife yesterday while she was out for a walk. Wilmington Animal Control Officer on vacation. Andover Animal Control Officer notified and responded. (4:53pm)
  • Police reported Phillips Avenue was completely flooded and not passable on foot. DPW notified. DPW stated some nearby beaver dams broke. (7:30pm)
