WILMINGTON, MA — In the latest episode of WCTV’s “Where’s Wilmington?,” host Lisa Kapala interviews Miriam Nelson, the newest member of the Wilmington Economic Development Committee. Nelson, who is a senior at Wilmington High, discusses why she wanted to join the Committee (it wasn’t her first choice) and how she hopes to be an asset to the Committee. Nelson also discusses her work on Model UN and Rotary Interact, her family support, learning during COVID-19, successfully applying to Harvard, the pressure to achieve, and some of her future plans.
