Wilmington Senior Center Asks Members To Complete Survey To Help Plan For Reopening

Below is an announcement from the Wilmington Senior Center:

WILMINGTON, MA — This survey is a way for the Wilmington Elderly Services Department to find out what your comfort level is with returning to the center. It is very important and we would love if you could fill it out and return it to the Center. This information is for planning purposes and will remain confidential. Please complete the survey and either mail to the center, drop off in the orange bin outside the center, or call to complete the survey over the phone.
