POLICE LOG for March 25: Strong Odor Of Marijuana Coming From Vehicle; Landscaping Knife Found On Sidewalk

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, March 25, 2021:
  • A caller reported a knife on the sidewalk on Brand Avenue. Police located landscape knife and checked with nearest homeowner. Knife was brought back to station for destruction. (6:33pm)
  • A caller reported a strong odor of marijuana emanating from a vehicle in the Winchester Family Medical Center parking lot. Parties checked OK. (11:55am)
  • A caller reported lights were on flash at Main Street and Burlington Avenue. Police notified Mass Highway. (7:16pm)
  • A caller reported an erratic operator on Main Street near Heavnly Donuts. Driver passed a sobriety test. (8:00pm)
  • Police assisted woman who missed her bus to Lowell. Police drove her to train station. (10:28pm)
