POLICE LOG for February 14: 2 Juveniles Walk Away From Group Home; Fight At Car Wash; House Egged; Debris Causes Flat Tires

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, February 14, 2021:
  • Police noted someone dumped a dresser next to the WEF Donation Bin at the Woburn Street School. Police notified DPW to pickup in the morning. (3:06am)
  • Police and Fire responded to 1-vehicle crash on 93 North. Fire Department transported occupant to Winchester Hospital. (10:11am)
  • A caller reported a minor motor vehicle crash occurred at Triton Car Wash on Main Street. Parties were reported fighting after the crash. Police responded. Paperwork was exchanged and peace was restored. Parties were advised they can go to Woburn District Court if they wish to seek charges. (11:02am)
  • A caller reported a dark colored SUV was in the Andover Street/Ainsworth Road area with its driver out walking in the woods, acting suspicious. Police responded. Man stated he was a photographer out taking photos. Checked OK. (2:41pm)
  • A caller reported a large piece of concrete is in the roadway on Nichols Street. Caller suffered two flat tires. Police moved asphalt debris to side of road. DPW notified for pickup. (3:28pm)
  • A house on Randolph Road was egged by a group of kids. Kids left in a lighter colored SUV. Police were unable to locate. (9:54pm)
  •  Juveniles left the Milestone Group group home on High Street and were going door-to-door, asking to use a phone. Juveniles returned to program prior to police arrival. (9:56pm) Staff later reported that two of the juveniles had left again, heading towards the direction of the Woburn Street School. Police were unable to locate. Juveniles entered into the NCIC and missing person’s paperwork completed. (10:26pm)
