WILMINGTON, MA — According to Wilmington Police Log, Wilmington Police issued the following arrests and summonses between February 11, 2021 to February 17, 2021. 

Thursday, February 11, 2021

  • Andrea Renee Rego (37, Tewksbury) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License (Subsequent Offense). Rego was involved in a minor accident on Main Street. (1:12pm)

Friday, February 12, 2021

  • Paula Regina De Azevedo (33, Everett) was issued a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Motor Vehicle Not Meeting RMV Safety Standards. (12:01pm)
  • Luis Angel Morales (29, Lowell) was issued a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle, Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License, and Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Revoked Registration. (11:34pm)

  • Michael G. Ciampa (35, North Andover) was arrested for OUI Liquor, Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle, Speeding, Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Suspended License, and Possession Of Open Container Of Alcohol In Motor Vehicle. Police received reports of Ciampa speeding on Horseshoe Lane, nearly striking a vehicle head on, swerving, and getting stuck in the snow. (4:48pm

  • Steven Merfyn Blake (58, Rumney, NH) was arrested for OUI Liquor, Negligent Operation Of Motor Vehicle, Marked Lanes Violation, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Leaving The Scene Of Property Damage. A caller reported a vehicle drove onto her property and is now stuck on her rock wall. (7:27pm)

  • Joel Castillo (23, Lawrence) was issued a summons for Operating A Motor Vehicle With A Revoked Registration. (8:55pm)
