POLICE LOG for January 15: Parked Car Gone Through In Plaza Parking Lot; Neighbor Concerns Over Screams

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Friday, January 15, 2021:

• A resident reported a dog attacked a rabbit on Pilling Road. (8:27am)
• A 2-vehicle crash occurred at 93 North Exit 38 ramp and Lowell Street. Vehicles towed. Fire Department transported one. (1:01pm)
• A caller reported her neighbor on Avalon Drive has been yelling for over an hour. She requested police check in on her. Police responded. Woman was having an argument over the phone. Checked OK. (6:47pm)
• A caller reported someone went through his vehicle while parked in the Wilmington Plaza parking lot. Nothing taken. (7:59pm)
• A caller reported a possible illegal burn in the woods off of Stuart Street. Police responded. Precautions were being taken at gathering. Fire was brought down to a reasonable size. (10:16pm)
• Police checked on a vehicle behind the old Walgreens. Driver checked OK. He missed the turns for Simards and was trying to turn around. (10:42pm)
