POLICE LOG for January 7: Driver & Passenger Issued Summonses; Hit & Run In Parking Lot; Trash Barrel Stolen

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Thursday, January 7, 2021:
  • Joao Vitor Silva-Deandrade (23, Everett) was issued a summons for Unlicensed Operation Of A Motor Vehicle and Failure To Stop/Yield. Silva-Deandrade was pulled over on Middlesex Avenue. (6:59am)
  • Jamir Coelho Deandrade (49, Everett) was issued a summons for Uninsured Motor Vehicle. (6:59am)
  • A 2-vehicle crash occurred at Boutwell Street and Roosevelt Road. Both vehicles towed. A fake New York ID was handed in during the incident. (7:56am)
  • A Burlington Avenue caller said his trash barrel was taken sometime over the past week. (10:29am)
  • A caller reported a hit and run in the Target parking lot. After reviewing security footage, it was determined that a carriage caused the damage. (2:08pm)
  • A hit and run was reported in the Pacific Grove parking lot. Police were unable to locate culprit. (3:11pm)
  • A caller reported a suspicious vehicle was parked in the Avalon Oaks parking lot, near playground, for past 24 hours. Police responded. Vehicle owner is homeless. Police advised owner to contact Samantha Reif. (11:27pm)
