POLICE LOG for January 4: Abandoned Motorcycle Found In Street; Street Sign Missing; Cinder Blocks In Roadway

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, January 4, 2021:
  • A Baland Road caller reported approximately 15 minutes ago, someone was standing at her garage. Neighbor reported it was a bald man looking into the house. Property damage was reported to a fence. (1:39am)
  • A caller reported a sewer cover is missing on Lawrence Street. Police notified DPW. (9:35am)
  • Police notified DPW that street sign for Research Drive was missing. (10:00am)
  • Police received report of cinder blocks in the roadway on Middlesex Avenue. Police moved most of the debris to the side of the road and contacted DPW for removal. (6:59pm)
  • A caller reported a downed motorcycle on Grove Avenue with no one around. Police had motorcycle towed and attempted to contact owner. (11:06pm)
