- A caller texted 911 reporting her Uber driver was doing 40 MPH in a 30 MPH zone. Caller was close to their destination by the time all the information was obtained due to the delay in texting. Police asked the Uber driver to slow down. They agreed. (12:49am)
- Police responded to a disturbance between employees at Securitas Security on Concord Street. Peace was restored. (12:33pm)
- Town Manager reported an ATV was running in lot and field near Town Hall. (2:22pm)
- David Lopilato (61, North Reading) was issued a summons for OUI Liquor (2nd Offense); Reckless Operation Of A Motor Vehicle; and Marked Lanes Violation. Lopilato was involved in a 2-vehicle crash at Woburn Street and Federal Street. He was transported to hospital for evaluation. (5:07pm)
