POLICE LOG for December 20: Lots Of Complaints Involving Vehicles, ATVs and Snowmobiles

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Sunday, December 20, 2020:
  • A caller reported someone was riding a snowmobile on a field on Salem Street. Snowmobiler was gone by the time police arrived. (10:51am)
  • Milestone Group Home reported a juvenile walked away from the program. Juvenile was later found by staff and is back at program. (11:15am)
  • A caller reported a Black Dodge Truck kept reviving its engine and spinning tires while going up and down Brattle Street. Vehicle’s owner said he had nothing to do with incident. (4:51pm)
  • Police received reports of ATVs doing wheelies and donuts in the roadway on Beech Street. Police located two ATVs and gave their drivers citations for registration penalties and no helmet. (5:11pm)
  • Police received reports of a vehicle doing donuts in a Research Drive parking lot. Vehicle was gone by the time police arrived. (6:28pm)
  • A Black Mustang was parked blocking a fire hydrant on Horseshoe Lane. Police asked owner to move vehicle and she did. (7:51pm)
