POLICE LOG for December 14: Car Kills Deer; Erratic Driver; Deceased Hawk

WILMINGTON, MA — Below are highlights from the Wilmington Police Log from Monday, December 14, 2020:
  • Animal Control Officer removed a deceased hawk from a Burlington Avenue property. (8:19am)
  • Police assisted with a motor vehicle lockout in the Target parking lot on Ballardvale Street. (3:05pm)
  • Police notified Burlington Police of erratic operator that headed in Burlington on Route 62. (4:43pm)
  • A car struck a deer near Jimmy’s Garage on Main Street. Deer fled into the woods. Police received a call later advising another vehicle struck and killed the deer at Breed Street and Main Street in Woburn. Woburn Police to handle. (5:57pm)
  • Cleaners accidentally set off burglary alarms at Reading Cooperative Bank on Lowell Street. (6:44pm)
